Henna tattoos just for fun
Henna is a paste created by the crushed leaves of henna plants, which have a natural staining ability, and added ingredients such as teas and herbs. The paste is applied to the skin and once it dries it creates the body decoration known as Mehndi Art. The origins of the Henna tattoo come from India , Africa, and the Middle East . Traditionally it has been used as spiritual art and adorns the body during important ceremonies. In the more contemporary sense, it is used for temporary adornment or tattoos. These temporary tattoos last 2-4 weeks fading over time. Come experience this wonderful body at our open house! Hadia will be creating the designs for us between 12-3pm. She has requested to work on women and children under the age of 12 only. Her designs will be offered between $17-35 per design.

July Health Tip - Clearing up your skin from the inside out

Everyone wants to have beautiful skin. In fact, consumers spend millions of dollars each year to get beautiful skin. It is extremely important clean your face with high quality products and pamper yourself with facial from integritous facial spas. However most people do not realize that the foods that you eat and the supplements that you take have a strong effect on beautiful skin as well. The labels on the supplements in the health food store do not give you the correct doses needed to really improve your skin. If you want assistance on determining the foods to eat and the correct dosages of supplements, call for an appointment! We are happy to support you.

1/2 of a medium yellow onion diced
Salt and pepper to taste
2-4 garlic cloves diced
