1-4 cloves of garlic diced
½ cup Organic Mustard
½ cup Olive oil
¼ cup honey
¼ cup of fresh tarragon chopped
¼ cup of scallions chopped
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of fresh ground pepper
4 pieces of Salmon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Blend garlic, mustard, olive oil, tarragon, scallions and honey into a glaze. Spread over salmon. Marinate salmon for at least 30 minutes. Bake 12-15 minutes or until flaky. For a fantastic flavor try it on the grill instead of the oven.

Tip for the Month

ImageNever underestimate the importance of drinking water. During warm water it is extremely important to stay hydrated by drinking water. Most people do not realize that by the time you feel thirsty you are already starting to become dehydrated. The thirst impulse is not accurate, so do not trust it to tell you when you do not have enough water in your body. You should be drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces everyday. If you are a coffee (iced or hot), soda or alcohol junkie you are dehydrating yourself even more. If you need help breaking the habits that are dehydrating you and causing fatigue in your body make an appointment so I can support your good health.

Please remember to share the gift of health with the ones you love. Send this email to anyone who you think will enjoy it. It helps me to support health and wellness in the community.
